A place to pause. A person to think with.
Something in your life is changing. Let's explore what comes next.
Sometimes we need more than advice. We need time to pause, think out loud, and have a thoughtful conversation with someone who can help us see what we may not see on our own.
In our time together, I help you:
sort through competing thoughts and priorities
see possibilities and approaches you may not have considered
sharpen how you communicate what matters to you
step back and see the larger, ever-changing picture
turn reflection into a clear next step
This is an intimate, thoughtful space to ask the questions that often get lost in the noise.
I bring four decades of professional experience, lived experience, curiosity, and lessons gathered from many respected teachers and extraordinary people along the way. I also bring resources, connections, and a willingness to think alongside you.
You don't have to have the answer before we begin.
Bring the question. Let's explore it together
Ready to step away from the noise?
Bring the question, decision, transition, or idea you've been turning over.
Together, we'll slow things down, sort through what matters, explore possibilities, sharpen your thinking and communication, and identify a next step that feels right for you.
You don't need to arrive with a plan. Just bring what's on your mind.
Let's make space for what's next.
WISDOM COLLECTIVE
Everyone has a story. Discover what emerges in community.
What happens when curious, creative people come together regularly—not knowing exactly where the conversation will lead?
That's the heart of Wisdom Collective.
Six months. A creative community. Room for what emerges
Rather than a series of workshops you simply attend, Wisdom Collective is a six-month creative experience where the community helps shape what comes next.
We gather to write, make art, look closely, listen deeply, and explore the questions that matter. Poetry, collage, photography, conversation, nature, and other creative practices become ways of seeing our lives—and one another—with fresh eyes.
Along the way, I invite writers, poets, artists, and other creative voices to share their work and perspectives. Their presence opens new doors, but the real magic happens among the participants: the unexpected connections, shared discoveries, laughter, questions, and ideas that emerge when people have time to know one another.
You don't need to arrive with a finished project or a plan.
Bring your curiosity. Bring questions you've been carrying.
Over six months, we'll create space to:
discover new creative practices
develop and share your writing
see familiar experiences from different perspectives
meet artists and creative thinkers
cultivate meaningful friendships and connections
give yourself uninterrupted time to imagine what might be next
And because this is a living community, we don't have to know at the beginning exactly where we'll end up.
That's part of the magic.
The framework is intentional. What happens within it is allowed to unfold.
Audience: writers • poets • artists • makers • photographers • curious minds • creative souls

Making micro-decisions —like choosing colors or shapes — restores a sense of control
when macro environments feel chaotic.
Release physical tension and bypass your critical “analytical” mind.
Shift your brain from cognitive worry to sensory awareness.
Together, we are going to build a boundary or transformation from collage materials
that represent your strength your boundaries, your community, or your inner peace.
Engaging in experiences through turbulent times is an act of resilience.

In times of upheaval, creativity becomes not only a form of personal release
but also a source of clarity, hope, and connection to something larger than our immediate struggles.

"Collage is like a hall of mirrors. Every direction you look, you see something different and visually stimulating.” (Nita Leland)
Do you feel a loss of identity due to empty nesting, a job change, or declining physical health?
Do you find yourself in a caregiving situation that was thrust upon you with or without support to meet and face those challenges?
Has downsizing, or relocation caused by a life event overwhelmed you with choices?
Has the loss of a loved one paralyzed you with inaction?
Are you yearning to experience joy in life once more, more often?
”intention is a state of consciousness, not a goal” - Gary Zukov
If trauma causes physical injury, restoring the body and spirit may come through joy, pleasure, curiosity, novelty, and creation.
Creating art transforms you and collaging allows you to create your own story.
Exploration of the subconscious: Working with images and materials in collage can tap into the subconscious mind. Artists may be drawn to certain images or themes without fully understanding why. Exploring these subconscious impulses can lead to unexpected revelations or interpretations.
Collage often involves working with limitations, such as a limited selection of materials or a specific theme. This can force artists to think creatively and find innovative solutions to artistic challenges, leading to unexpected outcomes.
Embracing accidents: Mistakes or accidents during the collage process can sometimes lead to unexpected beauty or insight. By welcoming these accidents rather than trying to correct them, artists can uncover new possibilities that they may not have considered otherwise.
CONCIOUS CONVERSATIONS
In conscious conversations and through visual art we create, awaken, and celebrate ourselves by being fully present. We use everything in our container which connects us in a sacred community. When generational voices gather, we parlay an enthusiasm for life.
I invite you to join me. 1:1 or in an intimate community setting.
Would you like me to help you unearth or answer your heart's need from a business or spiritual perspective?
Let’s eliminate your craving for a conscious conversation that will make you feel whole again.
What are you facing professionally or personally that could be more manageable with a caring guide? Think of times you sought refuge with the help of a close friend. Now that friend has passed on or changed convictions that no longer work for you. Let’s build trust while exploring your ne
